Ballet Gothenburg hosts a series of retreats, workshops and/or master classes throughout the year.
In August 2025, Ballet Gothenburg held its first annual Balanchine inspired adult ballet retreat together with Dena Abergel and Elizabeth Walker-both former ballerinas with New York City Ballet and faculty of School of American Ballet. Check back regularly for our 2026 retreat dates and details.

What retreats and workshops have you already hosted?
Since 2020, Ballet Gothenburg has hosted master classes and teacher workshops with an incredible line up of American teachers including Michael Cusumano (American Ballet Theatre), Lynne Charles (4 Pointe), Dena Abergel (School of American Ballet), and Fredrick Davis (Dance Theatre of Harlem).
