Seasonal Classes – Winter & Summer School

Every year, Ballet Gothenburg has online seasonal classes – Summer and Winter School. Practice with us no matter where in the world you are.

In these 4 week mini intensives, we slow down to refine, polish, and improve our technique incorporating Progressing Ballet Technique into our practice. Even at the highest level there is work to be done and a dancer benefits from slowing down on the road to improvement. Each week we focus on and breakdown the elements of turns, jumps, and adagio – 3 fundamental parts of any level ballet class and end the class with a deep stretch and myofascial release session.
